Ink joined the IATA Offers and Orders Forum 2026 for the session, “Modular end-to-end implementations with Offers and Orders”.

On 17 June, Oana Savu, Chief Growth Officer at Ink, joined speakers from IATA, FLYR, OpenJaw Technologies, IBS Software, TPConnects and ACCA to examine how modular Offers and Orders implementations can work in practice.

Ink brought the Delivery perspective, focusing on how airlines can realise the value of Offers and Orders at the airport through a PSS bridge, direct integration with a Delivery system, or a phased move beyond traditional DCS models.

The session featured:

Andy Kidd, Chief Commercial Officer, FLYR

Conor McLaughlin, Director Product Management, OpenJaw Technologies

Mohsin Basheer, Head of Product Management, IBS Software

Pankaj Gabba, Chief Product Officer, TPConnects

Yi Liu Senior Manager, ACCA

It was moderated by Oleg Kit, Senior Manager Airline Retailing at IATA

Session takeaways

01
Modular implementation gives airlines more control over how and when they adopt Offers and Orders.
02
Delivery must be part of the architecture from the outset, not treated as a final operational layer.
03
Airlines can move forward through different integration paths, depending on their current systems and readiness.
04
The airport is where the value of Offers and Orders must translate into practical service delivery.
